We’re Natty and Josh, the duo behind The Backyard Spa Project—a passion project turned movement, all about bringing people together through sauna, social wellness, and community.

At the heart of what we do are our custom-built 16' and 10' sauna trailers, where we host community sauna socials in partnership with some of our favorite local wineries, breweries, and coffee shops. These gatherings are about more than just sweating it out—they’re a space to slow down, unplug, connect, and share in the experience of heat, cold, and good company.

For us, sauna is more than a routine—it’s a way to build relationships, spark real conversations, and embrace the simple joy of being present.
