    Our weekly Sauna Socials run every Saturday and Sunday, offering a blend of guided and free-flow experiences. Sessions often begin with breathwork and a guided cold plunge, with the majority of time spent in the sauna in a relaxed, open-format flow.

    Each Social is designed to help you disconnect from the noise, move through full thermal cycles, and share meaningful moments with others. Whether you’re seeking intention, conversation, or stillness, every session is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and your community in a meaningful, grounding way.

    Mobile Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience

    Our team delivers and sets up a 15-person wood-fired sauna, ice-cold plunge tubs, and everything you need to host your own private Sauna Social. Each experience is designed to bring people together through the shared challenge of the hot-and-cold cycle, creating space for connection, conversation, and meaningful moments.

    Whether it’s a backyard gathering, corporate retreat, or special celebration, we handle every detail so you and your guests can enjoy an authentic Finnish-style experience, right where you are.
